As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. All relevant shipping options and costs available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Any refusal of delivery will result in the return of item(s) to our vendors’ distribution center. Merchandise and tax paid will be refunded less the round-trip costs for shipping to your address and back to our vendors’ distribution center. ZooRoo reserves the right to charge a return fee for any delivery refusal.
Orders typically ship the next business day after order is placed, but timing may vary slightly depending on the vendor of shipment. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday-Sunday) will ship out the following week.
Shipments within the Continental US can expect arrival in 5-7 business days once shipped from our vendors’ distribution center. All other orders will vary based on destination country.
ZooRoo is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather or any other shipping related issues. Under any circumstance, ZooRoo is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
